Christine
Richman’s extensive background in governmental
policy, redevelopment,
environmental remediation and planning services makes her a key asset
to the firm. Christine guides complex projects from analysis through
implementation. Christine utilizes knowledge of real estate, governmental
policy, and governmental management to complete some of our most complicated
projects. Christine has helped move some of the largest Superfund
sites in the country from characterization of contamination to mixed use developments.
Her expertise has contributed to major improvements with economic
development strategies, master plans, zoning
ordinances, redevelopment plans and
has worked closely with federal agencies to implement quality redevelopment
on many projects.
