We evaluate single family, multi-family, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, resort, mixed-use and transit-oriented developments. We think beyond what is currently happening to what could flourish in the future. We extrapolate key market, economic and demographic information to push our projects to the forefront of trends nationwide. We have entitled some of the largest projects in the intermountain west.

A notable example of our real estate advisory work is the feasibility, development suitability analysis, planning and entitlement for 100,000 acres owned by the international mining company, Rio Tinto. The first phase, Daybreak, is the award-winning and internationally-recognized 4,500-acre Daybreak located in the foothills of Salt Lake County, Utah. Other notable projects include the 1,800 acre Geneva Steel site in Utah County, Utah.
